These terms govern every use of Dallas County Court Docket, including reading its reference content and using a displayed search tool. Continuing to use the website means that you accept the terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

NO FCRA USE. Dallas County Court Docket is privately run and has no affiliation with any court or government body. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, or any other Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose. This resource only helps readers locate Dallas County, Arkansas court information.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independent reference website. It does not hold official dockets, operate Search ARCourts, represent the Dallas County Circuit Clerk, accept filings, change court dates, or issue case records. It points readers toward Arkansas courts, the Circuit Clerk, the Fordyce and Sparkman District clerks, and outside services.

2. Informational Use Only

All content is general information. It is not an official docket, legal notice, court order, or substitute for counsel. Confirm a Dallas County setting, filing, status, or record with the court or clerk that maintains the original.

3. Rules for Using This Site

You agree not to misuse the website or its information.

  • Do not violate federal, Arkansas, or local law.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or stalk another person.
  • Do not use site data for a decision regulated by the FCRA.
  • Do not gain or attempt unauthorized system access.
  • Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not disrupt service or interfere with another visitor.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Dallas County Court Docket does not prepare credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. You may not use information from this site or a linked tool to make decisions about credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, government benefits, licenses, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. A lawful consumer report for such a purpose must come from an FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. General explanations of Dallas County dockets cannot determine what a charge, order, hearing, filing deadline, or Arkansas rule means for a particular matter. Seek advice from a licensed Arkansas attorney when needed.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

The website and all content are offered “as is.” No warranty is made that information is current, complete, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular use. Partner results may also be incomplete or inaccurate. Dockets change as courts file entries, move settings, issue orders, and restrict records. Always verify material facts with the originating court or clerk.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to Search ARCourts, clerk directories, court portals, legal resources, advertisements, or outside search services. Those sites control their content, data use, pricing, terms, and availability. Dallas County Court Docket is not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, this site's text, design, graphics, logos, and code belong to Dallas County Court Docket or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, changed, or used to make derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dallas County Court Docket is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential harm arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or use of a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the website and its operators harmless from claims, demands, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute connected to use of this website must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Arkansas. Public access to Arkansas case records remains subject to Administrative Order 19 and related court rules, and Arkansas FOIA does not displace those court-record limits.

12. Changes to These Terms

The terms may be revised. An updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised terms.
