Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own policy. Dallas County Court Docket does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, the message may be retained so a reply can be sent and the exchange can be managed. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

What We Do With This Data
Collected data is used only for ordinary site operations and measurement.

No Court-Record Data on File
Dallas County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Dallas County court dockets or personal case records. It publishes reference material about Search ARCourts, the Dallas County Circuit Clerk, the Circuit Court, and the Fordyce and Sparkman District Court clerks. Official Arkansas case records are governed primarily by Administrative Order 19 and related court rules. Arkansas Freedom of Information Act provisions at Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง25-19-101 et seq. do not override court-record restrictions. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search boxes displayed on some pages. Data entered there is handled under the provider's privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before submitting information because this policy does not control the provider.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Dallas County Circuit Clerk, Arkansas court portals, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's own privacy terms apply. Read them before sharing personal details.
Advertising providers may also use their own systems to measure activity across sites. Their tracking is not operated by Dallas County Court Docket.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be processed by:
- Search providers that receive a query
- Analytics vendors that measure use and performance
- Advertising networks that serve content
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so the possibility of unauthorized access can never be fully eliminated.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal data from anyone under 18. Information identified as having been submitted by a minor may be removed.
Your Data Rights
Rights can vary based on the law that applies to a visitor and the kind of data involved. Where applicable, a person may:
- Request access to personal information held about them
- Ask that inaccurate data be corrected
- Seek deletion when the law permits it
- Object to or opt out of certain processing
These visitor-data requests do not change access to Arkansas court records. Court-record access remains subject to Administrative Orders 19 and 19.1, court orders, statutes, and redaction rules.
